At Sianna's Closet, Baby & Children Store, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. We do not have a physical store. We are online-based only.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges on white/cream clothing.
We do not allow exchanges on items if the tag is off the item.
Item must be returned in perfect condition with tags attached.
Present your receipt when you're exchanging an item.
Exchanges are only valid for 10 days.

Types of Payment
We accept Master Cards, Visa and Cash. We do not accept American express.

Special Orders
We do special ordering here at Sianna's Closet.
A 50% deposit is required before the order is placed.

Our business of operations is 9am-5pm. (Monday-Saturday)

We do offer free gift wrapping services for orders over $50.
We offer free delivery for orders over $100.
